Clamav Virus Removal Help?

Question

Every time i turn on my computer I get a warning from my virus scanner (Avast) that I have a trojan. I delete the virus through Avast everyday. I have located the folder it always goes into the folders as follows (Local disk C : WINDOWS: Temp) and it always has the name Clamav. though the numbers after it vary day to day. is there any way i can permantly stop the virus from resurfacing. Or any specific anti-virus provider that can prevent this virus from ever returning.

You must had the program installed at one time. click start go to search click on all files and folders then type that file into the boxes and delete the one that comes up.
