There is a Trojan Virus on my computer. I have Kaspersky PURE 3.0, I paid for it. I did a full scan and it detected. Now I'm on the home of it, I click Fix and there is a button Process and a triangle upside down saying
- Add to Exclusion
- Skip
- Open Original Folder
- Object Description

There is no virus removal!

Should I just go to the original folder and File Shredder the file and it will be impossible to recover? I swear, I'm starting to hate Kaspersky. They like never remove viruses properly. It's on my folder Google Chrome by the way.

What can I do?!?!

I think choose add to exclusion but I am not sure try a free antivirus and see if it detects and lets you clean the virus/trogan the best way to clean a virus is to use another operating system to do it so download manajro linux and install clamav from the package manager pacman then scan the windows partition with clamav it should do the job

Here is an article that is asking a question similar to yours. It is about emptying your JAVA cache or something. Take a look...http://forum.kaspersky.com/lofiversion/index.php/t266892.html
