it wont let me go nowhere. it's like a virus i already scanned norton security system but that thing still there sending me to their website to buy their product. i cant use the internet either..... thank you very much

You can connect to Internet by using this guide :

Open Internet Explorer

Go to Tools => Internet Options => Connections tab => LAN Settings

Uncheck "Use a proxy server..."

Recheck "Automatically detect settings"

OK



Now, download this removal tool for AV Security Suite

AV Security Suite is not "like a virus", it IS a virus.



Not a real easy pest to remove but it can be done. But there is NO easy 1-click solution.

To connect to internet you have to disable proxy server that virus put in place:

1. Disable proxy server, clean up hosts file and clean up dns settings. Here is a guide : http://www.2-viruses.com/how-to-fix-google-results-hijacker-google-redirect-virus-problem . This will allow you to connect to internet.

2. To stop AV Security suite processes, press ctrl+shift+esc and stop all processes with garbage names that are launched from your user account.

3. Then you can either download malwarebytes/spyware doctor or search on disk for these files and delete them.

In safe mode Uninstall it. Go to START< Programs < accesories < System restore and restore the system to an earlier date before it was installed. Now install a good AV and scan the PC.

2) Go to Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options>Security tab>Click on Restricted Sites icon>Click on Sites>Under 'Add This Website to the Zone', Type >Add>Close>OK.Url that is trust onto your IE>Add>Close>OK.



3) To block definitely the website from your computer go to Notepad:

Start>All Programs>Accessories>Notepad>File on menu bar>Open and browse for "C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\ETC\" folder>Click on Hosts file>Open>Modify the file by adding "127.0.0.1 www.blocksite.com" to the bottom of the file on 2 separate lines>Save the file>Exit Notepad. You can replace blocksite.com by the URL of the site that comes up when it is redirecting you.

Try removing cookies and then go to add/remove programs try to find this programe and then run a good deep scanwith your virous scanner
