Alright, i have these annoying pop-ups that always, most of the time, start with CiD. I read other Yahoo! Answers to see if it would help...): it didn't. I tried to fix it through Control panel, because, i did just recently download Windows plus! live..But, that also didn't work -.-

Can someone please help me get rid of these stupid annoying pop-ups?!

Start --> Settings --> Control Panel --> Add/Remove Programs. You find find the uninstaller in there, labeled "CiD Help."

also do a search for viewpoint and uninstall anything associated with that and also locate the viewpoint folders and delete them as well.

Probably infected with a adware. Install Spybot-Search&Destroy, update its definitions and run a scan on your computer. It scans for over 1,00,000 infections and removes them with it secure shredder. It also immunizes your system from future threats. It is a freeware, lite on your system and very much effective than most of the paid counterparts.

Install Spybot S&D:

And scan your computer for malware/adware.

This should be the cause of your popups.
