so I followed these instructions
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-av-security-suite
and then opened rkill and then the black screen disappeared and a notepad popped out saying

this log file is located at C:/rkill. log.
Please post this only if requested to by the person helping you.
Otherwise you can close this log when you wish.
Ran as james on 06/08/2010 at 15:13:55.

Processes terminated by Rkill or while it was running:

C:/Documents and Settings/james/My Documents/Downloads/rkill.exe

Rkill completed on 06/08/2010 at 15:13:58.

so as you can see, rkill didn't terminate anything. Anyway, I continued on and ran malwarebytes, which found 6 items infected and then removed them but whenever I turned the pc back on again, av security suite was still there. I then repeated the process by using the other 3 versions of rkill, the one called rkill.pif somehow has a 404- not found link, and then ran each of those. However, the weird thing was that after each of these rkills turned into a notepad file, the my documents folder then automatically closed itself. I repeated with malwarebytes and found and killed some infected files once more but that also did not work. Finally, I repeatedly kept on clicking on all the rkills in my documents before the folder had closed. Then I repeated the malwarebytes process but this also did not work. Lastly, I have ran malwarebytes on both quick and full scan. So, can anyone help me to get rid of this av security suite?

Try this one

Restart your computer and as soon as your computer turns on hit the F8 key (repeatedly) until a screen comes up

Choose Start computer in SAFE MODE with network support

Now, download this removal tool for AV Security Suite

http://www.net-studio.org/eng/patch/patch/249-free-malware-removal-tool-to-remove-av-security-suite.html

Extract on your desktop and run then click on the Delete button

Wait until the malware is removed (usually 10s) and restart your computer in normal mode.

PS : This is not an Antivirus, it's just a stand alone removal tool for AV Security Suite (and for AV Security Suite only) and restore all changes made by AV Security Suite.

Good luck

Try in normal mode then

I know! I have that same problem right now. But I think i know a way to fix it. Restart your computer and press f8 repeatedly and it will redirect you to a page. suing you arrows keys go to safe mode with networking. then press enter. and then enter again. Then it takes you to a welcome screen (only if you have other accounts on the computer). Click on your account. Now if you use Firefox go on the browser and type in malware anti-bytes on Google. click on the first website. then download the free version. then it will allow you to download it. After you download it open the program and do a full scan. You may want to go do something else for an hour or two because it takes a long time for full scan. When its done scanning click on show results and you may see what viruses you have on your computer. Click on remove all, then restart. I hope this helped you out! Thumbs up plz!

restart your computer during boot spam the F8 key until you come up to a screen saying boot in safe mode, safe mode with networking. Choose safe mode with networking then you will come up to a logon screen choosing administrator or your normal user log on. Log on to administrator first open malwarebytes and run updates untill says no more updates. do a full scan. go to http://www.safer-networking.org/en/home/index.html and download spybot while waiting for malware to finish. Install Spybot S&D run updates and start a scan also. at this point you should have 2 scans going. Wait for spybot to finish the scan before moving to malwarebytes. Spybot will ask if you want to fix selected problems do so. one spybot is done and finished go to malwarebytes and clean the infected files malware will ask to restart do so. once again go to F8, safe mode with networking and log on your normal user and once again run malwarebytes and spybot S&D Updated them and do a full scan. this will normally take care of most viruses that are around. hope this helps and forgive my horrible spelling and grammar.

AV Security Suite is the latest dubious rogue antispyware online! This PC parasite will only cause damage to any system it infiltrates.

Check out the link below for details on how to remove this terrible parasite:

I suggest starting PC in safe mode (tap F8 on boot) and running MalwareBytes.
