Also when i tired computer restore, it shut off in the middle of that to. I think AV secuity suite is shutting down my computer. and i also think it blocked me from task manager, becuase i am the admin of the computer but it says "blocked by admin" when i try to open it. You are indeed correct. AV Security Suite is causing your computer to shut down. This is because it's not really what it says it is. It's fake. In fact, it can also be known to perform malicious tasks such as preventing removal and and preventing your task manager from opening. Fortunately, there are removal tools online that will help. From what I see, you have one or two options.

1. Download the removal tool, use google. It MUST be a removal tool made to remove AV Security Suite. Download from a trusted source. After you download it, run it. It should NOT quit on you, for it's made just for removing this piece of **** malware and it's malicious effects. After it worked. It will confirm the removal of it and ask you to restart. YOU MUST RESTART! If not, then it might still be there. After you restart, scan to make sure it's REALLY gone!

2. If little or nothing above seemed to work, consider contacting a professional. They can remove it for sure, with little cost.

I have first hand experience with this. I had this on my Toshiba Satellite laptop when i had Eset Nod32 on it. It ruined my pc within the hour.

Not to long ago I had a friend of mine bring her laptop in to me with this as well. Know what happened to me I was able to fix it.

Read the following:

Download these

Malwarebytes

Avast Pro Anti Virus

Spybot Search & Destroy

Spybot is all free and the other two are trials but are basically the same as the paid versions.

If this "virus" wont let you download or run these, just restart your pc in safe mode with networking. Google how, its different for each OS (vista, xp, 7 etc)

Update the programs, then run each one one by one. This should clear the problem. If you have enough ram, enable Malwarebytes protection module if you paid for it, and also enable Spybots "teaTimer". TeaTimer protects your registry. Your registry is basically critical system files and settings, like windows system 32.

This is a powerful combo I personally use (all paid versions of course) and I put it on all my friends computers when there messed up.

This will clear your problem up and keep you safe. Update regularly by the way.

If your going to have TeaTimer, make sure you have some ram. It takes up about 132mb.
