How can I receive only the Windows Live Hotmail messages I choose to receive?

I receive spam email messages every day. How can I block the spam email messages from coming to my Hotmail address and only receive the Hotmail messages I want to receive?

For homestead windows stay Hotmail, visit suggestions, go with greater suggestions and scroll right down to the "customize your mail" area. you will see "straight away variety e mail into folders" and persist with the stairs. ought to paintings (it does for me).
