Either you have a worm, which is a kind of virus that sends itself to everyone in your inbox, or someone has pirated your email address and hidden their real one, making it appear that it is coming from you.

Download AVG free anti-virus software and run it.

Download Malwarebyte Anti-Malware software and run it. Download Lavasoft Adaware software and run it.

All of these can safely be downloaded at www.cnet.com.

If you have trouble downloading, just go to START, RUN, type in MRT and run the microsoft malicious software removal tool.

In your address book, add the following contact:

AAAAwormalert@somewhere.com

If you have a worm, it will try to send itself to the first contact in your list and you will receive a delivery failure notice to the above address. This will alert you to a security problem. If it doesn't send itself there, then you have a case of someone pirating your email address, which makes it appear to have come to you, and that's why it goes in your inbox and not your junk mail. I think this is the case because you don't know the recipients. There is not much you can do about this, except to change your email address.

Go to one of these email before it is opened, right click it and pick, show source. You will find out who it is really from and you will know what is going on. It might stop on its own after awhile because it is spammers who do this and they are always changing their email addresses to keep from getting caught.

I really hope this helps!

If you don't have any recollection of sending some thing like this, it's almost always an epidemic. Try a few safeguard application first, you would additionally cross regardless that your software record and appear for unfamiliar or suspicious systems, determine your assignment supervisor for suspicious operations, or if all else fails do a procedure repair and decide upon a date previous to whilst the messages have been despatched. Of path what might be first-class isn't to down load e-mail attachments from persons you do not know, and to not run systems from web sites you do not believe. Hope this is helping!

If your e-mail program is sending e-mails to people that you don't know there is an issue. There are some virus/trojan programs out there that hijack your address book, append new users and send out e-mails. Although I am not familiar with this happening with hotmail.

One way of troubleshooting this problem is to try sending e-mail from another computer through your hotmail account and see if they are still rejected.

Some e-mail servers reject e-mails with attachments that look suspicious. Do the rejected e-mails have attachments on them?

Also I suggest you look through your e-mail contact list and make sure it only contains people you know.

This is a tricky problem, I hope others are able to add to the discussion.

good luck!

when your using IM Messengers you MUST MUST MUST install an antivirus program because if your computer gets infected with a virus it will send the virus to all your contacts in your email address book without you knowing about it....always ask your IM messenger contacts if theyt have an antivirus program installed because if your contacts computer is infected with a virus the virus will be emailed to you and all the other contacts in their address book.

enter this false hotmail address into your contacts list 000000@hotmail.com

then if a virus trys to send to all your contacts the virus will go to the delete folder
