This is debatable on several points.
Point one, a lot of Trojan viruses have been known to start up automatically or send themselves to your startup folder, which, on boot will activate the virus.
Point two, well, there's really no need for point two after hearing point one. Your decision to not extract the rar file should have already been made.
But if you'd like, you could send me the rar file, whether it be illegal or legal, I don't care, and I'll tell you what to delete from the archive folder before or after extracting.
EDIT:
Listen, I don't even have to download it to know this is a scam. Delete any and every instance of what you've downloaded from that link immediately, just to be on the safe side.
Besides, hacking is illegal. Although having the tools to do so is not, I still suggest you don't use them, even if you deem them to be safe or have made them yourself.
EDIT:
So how about those 10 points? I did, after all, answer this properly :0
