How do I get rid of Security Tool?

I'm trying to get rid of the Security Tool virus but it seems as if it's always one step ahead of me. I've tried downloading Malwarebytes but then the installation fails so I tried renaming the setup file which worked but then the mbam.exe file would disappear. I've also tried installing the program in a different folder so I can rename the mbam.exe but it always seem to disappear before I can rename it. Not to mention that I get a "The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation" when I try installing any other spyware removal program.

Restart You computer Safe Mode with Networking:



1. Log out and reboot your machine.

2. When the machine starts the reboot sequence, press the F8 key repeatedly.

3. Select Safe Mode with Networking from the resulting menu.

4. Login. If the malware has changed your password, try logging in as Administrator. By default, Administrator has no password.

5. The machine will continue booting, but the Windows desktop will look different.
