I was just wondering about this. If i were to use my laptop at my friends house with his internet connnection, is there any way in which he could i guess "hack" my laptop and see my passwords?

Possible if he knows what he's going.
If he has a network protocol analyzer (Wireshark, Ethereal), he can see what you're doing. If it's over an unencrypted site (sites without https, s stands for secure), that requires a login, he could steal a password.
Once you connect to his network, it's POSSIBLE that he could connect to your computer, view and extract files. Make sure you have STRONG passwords. If possible, include special characters and nothing shorter than 13 characters.

not really but there are some expensive softwares and other hacking programs which are used for important purposes (e.g. like they show on tv shows) which MAY allow that to happen... but dont worry nothing like that is going to happen because only very professional hackers could hack an entire "laptop" and if u feel insecure simply change ur passwords or alter ur accounts

If youve got em all saved in a folder or file then bluetooth technology could steal all your data and yep it can be done, so dont fall for any of those password storage scam programs, and un tick autocomplete passwords too.

No, as you will be using the IP address of your freind. And that IP address is assigned to your friend from the internet service that they use. All the data will remain in the servers of the internet company your friend uses. Your friend has no way to obtain that data from their provider.
If you use your PC, on your friends internet connection for criminal activity they will be held responsible.

No, you'll (in most cases) be fine. When you use someone else's internet connection, you're just using the connection, and nothing else. If you used someone else's computer, then yes. But internet connection? No.
