My Yahoo E-mail Passwords might have been exposed to potential thefts by Heartbleed security Bug, should I immediatly change all of them?

Regarding the Heartbleed security Bug potential thefts . Since my Passwords, Bank Accounts, Credit Cards and other sensitive data might have been exposed to potential theft by the Heartbleed security Bug on my personal Yahoo E-mail, should I immediately change all of my Passwords?

You have to wait until the websites that you are using patches their servers and software. After the websites does their patches then you should immediately change your password. I know Yahoo and all its services (including Yahoo mail) recently patched and fixed the Heartbleed security so yes you should change your password on yahoo mail.

and to think that common free a/v will protect you is crazy -- most can't even remember a basic passwords and go to sites without even checking them 1st ( how secure is your passwords

there are programs to use sandboxie or vmware free .. when you go to sites use it all it does is take a image of your clean surfing . anyhing you get snagged on is killed when you close and go back to you normal browser

The past few days have exposed HeartBleed as much worse than originally estimated, despite reports of it _not_ being as bad as we thought. __Never__ wait for a breach to change your password. If you are serious about protecting your account, simply change your password. You can increase entropy for your passwords by using nifty tools like One Shall Pass (attached) to help you remember them. Read the description of how tools like this work before you disregard them.
