What is it " Hacked by Godzilla?, its appearing in name bar of Internet explorer?

when i open internet explorer in the name bar of the window (topmost) appearing a word consisting "Hacked by Godzilla'.
is it virus or spyware or malware. Pls provide the details of it and also recommend the removing tools.

on right side click

and enter anythging u like
