windows admin password recovery?

Question

My job reciently moved to a new building so they sold off our old computers, I purchased one. Reformatted, and I dont know what they had set as the original admin password. I dont have the original CD or a floopy drive. Its a Dell with windows xp pro

open the case and take out the battery for 1 minue this will reset the BIOS to the default settings

i only know of two passwords needed on xp sp2 and i can get past them both but im not telling you how here or we would all know ask microsoft is my answer

contact dell and give them the serial number
