I've re-installed Windows XP, but I still can't run antivirus or even install it. What should I do?

Whatever it is, the malware is Chinese, because when I search for antivirus softwares in Chinese, the whole page shuts down. When I type in English, it doesn't recognize what I am writing. Now I can't even install my antivirus software because it is a Chinese one. Can anyone recommend some efficient antivirus antimalware software, please?

delete it manually. then run ccleaner to clean your pc, and mvregclean, to clean registry.

what mvregclean find you remove because the key is there but not the file ,folder or program.

even you reformat and it finds anything remove dont be afraid.

You re-installed Windows and your computer is still infected? When you say you can't run antivirus software do you mean after you installed Windows your antivirus software would not run. Or you went online and could not download antivirus software to run. When you installed windows did your computer run fine? If yes and your problems did not start till you went online. Then your router has been hijacked reinstalling windows was not your problem. You need to reset you router. Do this by pushing in and holding the reset button for at least 30 seconds. Then you should be able to go online and get some antivirus software. You will want to run it and clean your system. You also should set a password for your router.
