Microsoft Outlook question?

Question

How can i know the ip address of the user that send the email bellow? as you can see in the headers showed by ms outlook 2003 it just barely shows the exchange server ip address.... if you know a way to get more info from that header or a way to know the real sender ip address that would be really nice!.
