You will see that message until you download the update. It is a legitimate Microsoft critical update. You will continue to see that message until you accept the download.

its good, just let it install and reboot.
i would recommend turning off automatic updates... its annoying, uses a high amount of resources to just sit there, and on top of it all, Microsoft only releases high-priority updates the second Tuesday of every month (look it up if you don't believe me) so you can just visit the site the next day, and get anything that is needed.

if ur windows is genuine than download it , but if not don't even dare to download it............................
it harm ur pc, and than u will have to format it no other way............ So, be alert.............
