It very much depends on how the connection is made.

If you use a scure "tunnelling" connection, probably not.

If you're just broadcasting a video stream from the host machine, then it's wide open... assuming that somebody at the ISP has nothing better to do, or is psecifically intent on montorng your individual activity.



An analogy might be that, yes, the guys at the mail sorting office, could, in theory, be reading your mail... but why yours, out of all the millions?



If you're not doing anything that you need to hide, don't worry about it. If you are, invest in better technology.

yes they can see wat u and another person are doin on cam thats y it is good not 2 use a cam at least not to be showing all the private areas unless you really want people to see your body parts.

Depends. If it is point to point then probably not. If you are using multicast then possibly.

Secretly, they can but they are not allowed to . They still can, though, and we can't do any thing about it...
