that site is a log analyzer, it will tell you what to remove most of the time, and if there is anything it is unsure of it will be italic, anything that needs to be removed will be bold, and do some research on any suspicious programs

DO NOT attempt to use HiJackThis if you are not extremely familiar with Windows and it's processes. You can destroy your system. HiJackThis is a very powerful program.

A great free site is techsupportforums.com. Just create a free account and go to the HiJackThis Log Help section. Read the stickies for the how to's of posting of logs. I've had really great responses from the experts there.

Good luck.

Wow. You've got a LOT that I don't have. It's hard to tell because most of the important stuff is cut off with ellipses...

Basically, look for programs that are not familiar, have no names, are redundant, or are capable of interfering with one another. I'm curious why you have so many system 32 files running in there. I don't have ANY in mine.

First it appears you have more than one av. I'm not refering to your malware scanners. Those are all fine in conjunction with your av. I noticed that you have Trend security suite and Avast. Avast is an excellent choice but you need to get rid of one of them. Other than that I dont see any problems.
