Restore windows vista admin password?

Question

i cant remember my admin password
can someone please tell me steps to retrieve or make a new one
please
without me buying a cd or downloading anything

If you have another administrator account on the computer, you can go into the Control Panel > User Accounts > Add or Remove User Accounts > username that you want to change the password on > Change Password.



If that is not an option, I usually use a password reset disk that I burned a long time ago (from a download).
