HELP!!! i have a program called Antivirus XP 2008 on Vista...

Question

Ok i have a laptop running vista. the other day i was trying to watch step brothers online and i found a website that said i needed to download something to watch it. so i downloaded without thiking and i think it gave me this annoying program called Antivirus XP 2008(I get confused with XP antivirus becuz i think its a different program). Now i have no clue how to get rid of it. so pleez help!!!! thanx 4 takin the tme 2 reed!!! :)

turn off your computer and turn it back on and hold F8 go to safe mode and the log in under computer adminestrater then go to control panel add/remove programes and uninstall it then go to my computer and go to local disk then go to program file and delet it from there and delet it anywere else you see it on the start bar.....after you do that turn back off you computer and turn it on and log on the usuall way it should be gone :) ps dont dowload any virus remover it is not a virus.
