I keep getting a pop up from static.thehumanallegiance.com....?

I keep getting a random pop up to a website called static.thehumanallegiance.com. I've never been on it before or signed up to anything that is related to this domain. Also I've done a Mcafee scan and used both ADWcleaner and Cloud system booster but this pop up keeps happening, can anyone help?

Try malwarebytes. Update it before you run it.

This pop-up is definitely related to some adware program on your PC. It is similar to many other adware programs. It's strange that ADWCleaner didn't detect it...

I would try downloading Malwarebytes here: http://www.malwarebytes.org/mwb-download/ Install (do not choose trial) and update it. Reboot the computer into safe mode and open Malwarebytes, select full scan and start. select everything it finds and click delete. The reboot normally. This should fix your problem.

I am not yet sure myself, but Norton does not consider it a threat, I added it to Blocked Sites in Internet Explorer Options / security.
