Has my email been hacked?

The last two weeks i have been receiving emails with headings like Delivery Notification: Delivery has failed, Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender, Returned mail: User unknown, failure notice, and Mail System Error - Returned Mail. Could this possibly mean that someone is using my email? My sent box does not show any activity. Any suggestions?

We are seeing a lot of screwy stuff on some ISPs lately. Recently SPRINT discontinued Unlimited Broadband 3G/4G services and didn't tell the customers, many of which ran over and like myself were billed for HUNDREDS of $ in overages. Upon my calling up and ranting, they refunded the money, but maintained they had done no wrong! Faced with most of a 2 yr contract remaining, I had to figure out things, as follows: The SAME activity done on 3G, when done on 4G often results in 3 to 5 times the volume billed to one's account. This results from "automated random uploads of misc hard drive data to somewhere" done at startlingly fast 4G speeds so it isn't noticed by most simple Internet gauges. The solution being to simply abandon 4G use, access to which I still have to pay for (!), lumping along at 3G speeds for the next 15 months will work for my needs. And then I'll go shopping for a crook-free ISP.



Anyway, my ANSWER is that what you are experiencing may well be the harbinger of stuff like what I am experiencing, as a cover for soon ripping you off in more serious ways.

Is the E-mail Containing Something Spammy?

If not, then there maybe problem in your email service...

the answer to her secret question became into her Zip code. i does not even call that "hacking" I guess hundreds of persons have checked that account out, yet only one became into stupid adequate to confess he did.

it may be a problem with the system, use hotmail, it doesnot have such problems
