Need Microsoft Outlook Pro's for this.. I have an Error I can't fix?

utlook question.. I saw this message and have no idea how to fix it.. Any clues?An unknown error has occurred.

i'm not sure, but it sounds like you have anti-spyware software enabled that is conflicting with your e-mail account settings. since as a client you can't change the server ports, your best bet would be to disable the spyware software.

this means you tried to send an e-mail using SMTP (Port 25), and the mail server that your e-mail was routed through (usually at the recipients address), blocked your e-mail beacuse spamassassin (anti-spam bot), recognized your e-mail or IP address as a known sender of spam.



sometimes spam-bots can be very very picky, and also some ISP's gateways may block other ISP's or ranges of IP Addresses entirely... i would try again a couple times, and if your still having no luck, try sending from an alternate e-mail service....



if that doesnt work call your ISP.

you can google the error number, your ISP should be able to tell you the server error, sound like someone has tried to hack your PC? check you can send and recieve email by sending yourself a test message, check Spam Assissin and delete all threats. Never leave threats on PC even in vault delete asap.
