SDHelper.dll is Spybot Search & Destroy component.

It is not a virus.

I use Avast & Spybot but my CPU usage is low.

AVG 8 is well known resource hog and the detection rates is lower than Avast. AVG also do not have anti-rootkit ability and boot time scan feature. That is why I would not recommend AVG to anyone.

End the process in Task Manager - SpybotSD.exe then uninstall with RevoUninstaller:

http://www.download.com/Revo-Uninstaller/3000-2096_4-10687648.html?part=dl-RevoUnins&subj=uo&tag=button&cdlPid=10854684

It's faster and better than add / remove applet.

When you run it highlight the item then select uninstall in next window select Advanced and click Next, follow prompts when uninstalled it will scan registry and drive for leftover files / folders, click + sign to expand all results and tick ONLY the bold items and follow prompts.

It's creating false positives with Windows defender, try Comodo BO Clean instead:

That became scareware urging you to hit its internet site. for the reason which you went there, it may now have downloaded some real malware. this is now time for some real scans. in case you have an anti-virus, determine it has the main recent virus definitions and run a test with it in secure Mode or secure Mode with Networking. that frequently prevents malware from keeping itself. in case you don’t have one, many human beings here swear via AVG (it’s loose). I recommend you in addition to mght acquire advert-conscious loose and Spybot S&D (they’re loose), setting up them, replace them and run them, lower back in secure Mode With Networking. additionally, turn off gadget fix to evict any copies of undesirable stuff that could be lurking there. To get into secure Mode or secure Mode with Networking: a million. log off and reboot your device. 2. whilst the device starts the reboot series, press the F8 key lower back and lower back. 3. pick secure Mode or secure Mode with Networking from the ensuing menu. 4. Login. If the malware has replaced your password, attempt logging in as Administrator. via default, Administrator has no password. 5. The device will proceed booting, however the living house windows pc will look distinctive. 6. once you're finished doing what you would be able to desire to do, log off and reboot back into prevalent mode. observe that whether the anti-malware courses get rid of the malware, they could no longer have the capacity to opposite the effects. seek the information superhighway for plausible fixes. replace and run each and every thing frequently, no longer purely once you think of you have already got malware. stable success.

I would recommend using both these antispywares

The free versions can detect and remove

Malwarebytes AntiMalware

and

SuperAntiSpyware

http://www.superantispyware.com/

You may want to scan in Safe Mode

spy bot doesnt take up a lot of cpu, if you dont like spy bot then download malwarebytes, tis good too. Make sure you update your AVG too.

p.s. AVG8 takes up a lot of cpu.

Use PCtools for the spyware and Avast! anti-virus for the viruses. They work well and they are free. I recommend them.
