what is user name and password for telnet in windows
is that my user and password are i need to configure any other new user name and pass for telnet
And is there anything that i need to configure to remote to access that telnet (i.e.) need to open the port 23 if its there than how?
i am connecting telnet in my lan
ip address range
192.168.0.1 to 192.168.0.255

to open port 23 you have to write 23 after ip

before that you should register and get user and pass from that site

then you can use it there

There is no default TELNET username and password. The defaults are part of the operating system, not the protocol. For the same reason, you cannot say whether capital letters do or don't count. It depends on the operating system. Are you thinking of trying to probe computers to see if they have removed the defaults? I hope you try the computer I run for the U.S. Navy. I'll have your IP address on file and the FBI will knock on your door sooner than you could imagine. Just remember this: If you find someone who was too stupid to have disabled the default account, you would be stupid to care about what was on such a machine.
