I have researched all anti-virus products and the best anti-virus protection is Kaspersky. Kaspersky is the best all-round anti-virus program. NOD32 is just as good if not better, it runs faster and has less software conflicts but may be more difficult to use.

Recent tests prove Kaspersky and NOD32 are better than the best sellers Norton and McAfee (av-comparatives.org). Norton is notoriously bloated and takes forever to perform full systems scans.

Trend Micro Antivirus is a viable alternative if you're having a lot of trouble with software conflicts. Trend Micro rounds out the top three. BitDefender is very good as well, but gives a high number of false alarms.

The most popular free anti-virus programs (AVG and Avast) have poor detection rates (82.82%, 87.46% respectively). If you want a free anti-virus Avira has higher detection rates than AVG or Avast! (94.26%).

Some of the best anti virus are e-scan and NOD-32 anti virus.E-scan is a light anti virus and is good but NOD-32 is lighter.Norton is also good but is much more heavier in size.

the right 3 unfastened AV classes are Avast, Avira, and AVG (based upon the end results of assorted autonomous attempting out labs). i latterly reviewed the scores of countless autonomous attempting out labs and located that Kaspersky and BitDefender are the two appropriate paid AV classes with those 2 swapping returned and forth interior the right 2 slots at diverse attempting out labs. that's to no longer say that they've been significantly extra useful than some others, like Norton's. in many circumstances, the right names are all interior of two or 3 share factors interior the attempting out effects.
