what's the best proxy to use?

I'm concerned about my internet privacy, I want to surf absoloutley annoymously, so I've tried several proxies but I get problems, I cant find ANY fast ones and there are some sites that list proxies, but don't show the IP and port, so I cant use them, some sites have something you can download but I dont want to do that, because I want the least amount of services running on my computer so it keeps running nice and fast. There are some sites where you enter a URL to veiw a site, but that surley cant work, because it's going to have to use your ip to do that anyway. Some proxies I've found use this stupid CodeeN thing and wont let me post anyhting on the web.

So to sum it up, can someone please tell me the IP and port of a good fast free and NON-CODEEN proxy?

If you are concerned about privacy the last thing you should use is an unknown free proxy. Even if it is recommended here how do you know it's not going to steal your info and plant bots on your computer?

i've been to computer repair and networking where the teacher totally blocked the internet, but forgot to disable https, in that case use https//www.ctunnel.com, if you have problems with that you can use a program called your freedom, it worked well with me :)
