Hey,
I can't seem to view my geocities page (it's geocities.com/erasmus_urbino). Right now it only contains a few letters on the page.
I can't view the page or any other geocities such page. It's not an issue with security or firewall and the ISP is working and connecting.
I'v tried running 'cmd' and the 'nslookup' and 'ping' etc stuff and according to that everything is working fine.

So if anyone can help, or even suggest a - better - and free alternative please do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

your site says you have not put up any site there, so it shows a default page for any new account that is opened with geocities. build a page, name it index.http, log into ur geocities account and then upload it.

next time u open ur site ur page wil show up.

if you are not able to open any pages from geocities then may be it is blocked on your LAN (if it is shared internet access like in office) of it is blocked on ur browser itself.

other free site that u can use for hosting ur web page is www.freewebs.com

maybe the server is down. i will check later, as im at college with restricted access. dont worry for now, just delete your history, and then try. if that fails, clear your temp, temp internet files, and cookies. then retry. if that fails, the geocities server may be down.

Do u mean that it says your page doesn't exist? That's because it doesnt. You should put something on it.
