That is a very typical spam (UCE Unsolicted Commercial Email) with all the oriental language characters. I get handfuls of them time to time. HOWEVER, it may have gone a step further to a spoofed email pretending to be from Google. This is a common phisher email or a junk scareware type nonsense.

You are very correct in suspicions in that it is addressed to multiple recipients which is an immediate sign of a mass emailing worm or a lesser virus emailing everyone in an address book / contacts.

Examine the message headers for the IP Numbers (looks like 119.136.81.195) and look them up like here:

(For IP number Look-Up, use a DNS service. The one below is handy and fast with Reverse Look Up)

Web Based DNS Lookup (NSLookup) (ZoneEdit.com)

DNS Network Information via nslookup, yet another free service from ZoneEdit.

http://www.zoneedit.com/lookup.html

Type it in on the right side and results are immediate and will tell you who is the sender. If it is not Google - it is a junk email and you can report it to Google for action.

It's not a virus, but you should still be publicly flogged. It appears that you've installed a mail relay agent and someone is trying to spam the 163.com domain through your Gmail account. Don't worry, Google will likely cancel your account for policy violations very soon and you'll stop receiving the messages.

There are no MacOs X viruses, you can't have one. The last one came out in 2006, none since then. The handful of Mac trojans, which are not viruses, require you to install them with your admin password. What has happened is that someone in a foreign country either randomly or from finding your email on a website, is sending you spam. Just report the spam with headers to Google. You can also just ignore it.

ClamXav finds the 7 Mac trojans and about 90% of the Windows viruses (which don't affect Macs). Spam is one of those unfortunate items we have to live with.

And google is just sending you the report (notification about it)

Maybe something is wrong with the email address your trying to send the mail to

Get rid of your Mac and get a PC. It's alot easier to find solutions to problems like this.
