How do i get rid of spy ware?

Question

I was an idiot and accidently downloaded malicious spyware onto my computer. Normally this wouldnt be a problem, but in this case, i beleive the spyware is preventing my acces to my proxy server. I cannot access the internet and i need help to remove this junk! Please i would appreciate any useful info!
P.s. Ive tried malware removal tools with not too much luck.

Follow these steps to safely remove malware without affecting your computer:



1. remove all disks, CDRs if interserted and restart computer

2. if your a win XP,vista or 7 user press F8 as computer restarts, if win 8 use windows key + C > settings > click power, hold down shift and click restart > click troubleshoot and select advanced options

3. keep pressing F8 key until Advanced Boot options screen appears

4. start computer with "safe mode with networking" mode

5. install a malware removal tool and clean computer completely
