hi there , I have a website to administrate , and my ISP has blocked the upload through port 21 for FTP services .
how can bypass this ? is there a way to use a proxy or something like that ... HELP PLS ASAP !!!

This is very unusual. ISP then to block the port 21 from the Internet to your computer so you can't host an FTP server at home, but I never heard of a ISP blocking the FTP to another site.
If its true, then there's not much you can do. If you ever find a ftp proxy, it wouldnt be good idea to use it , becaus you would send them your ID & Password.
Call you provider and ask them why they block FTP.

I like tu use proxy a lot!!! I go to http://gotsome.biz and it looks exactly like googe and what u do is you type in example: youtube.com and press google search and it would idmediately take you to youtube...it works on all almost websites

Tell them to unblock it, if they don't dump them and switch ISP's, they have no business telling you what you can do with your computer.
