This can be seen in the top link below..........

Re: How to get rid of the parser message window as it say value creation failed at line 451?

To get rid of this error you can switch back to a Microsoft Theme or go to /WINDOWS/Resources/Themes/ and rename the shell folder to the name of the visual style shown in the appearance tab. .......see in link for more info.

Regarding security i would normally suggest Kaspersky internet security 2010

but it does not seem to work well with XP or Vista as i found out.

KIS 2009 does work well with XP but they will maybe stop supporting in 8/9 months time.

But an excellent one that works well is Eset smart security and its

very light on resources and will not slow you down at all ....30 day full trial with no

obligation to purchase but you need to send them an email and they will email an

activation code to you.

Put your system in safe mode and run your spyware programs. After you have done that, restart your computer. That should help. Depending upon how many trojans, parasites and/or virus' you have will depend on whether or not you need to re-install your windows. If you don't have any of those programs, go to the links below. I use all of the programs I've listed below and I am a Engineer so believe me when I say they work. I don't have any problems with any of my computers and the programs are free and do not come with any spyware. Hope this helps.

I am unsure of your control pannel problem. However for ur security i recomend using Norton 2010. Its great for scanning files and detecting viruses, i had a virus and norton had cleared it straight away!

TRY ESET, IT HAS NOT MISSED A SINGLE VIRUS IN A LAB TEST IN OVER 7 YEARS. WIKIPEDIA IT AND SEE FOR YOURSELF. I HAVE USED IT OVER 2 YEARS WITH NOT ONE SINGLE PROBLEM, THREAT, VIRUS, MALEWARE OR SPYWARE ON MY COMPUTER.
