Question:
I scanned my computer with ad-aware and spybot on safe mode ?

and I still have this message coming up:

The message says

This system is shutting down. Please save all work in progress and log off. Any unsaved changes will be lost. This shutdown was initiated by NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM

The system process C://WINDOWS?system 32 sevicees. exe terminated unexpectedly with status code -1073741819. The system will now shut down and restart

I'm worried because this spyware can steal passwords from every program on my computer and cause huge problems. It's really stressing me out and I don't know what to do anymore.

Like I said before I scanned my computer with ad-aware and spybot search and destroy. When I was done with the scans I removed all the harmful things. I restarted my computer and tried going into normal mode but that message STILL keeps coming out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

P.S. I'm using my laptop

(I also posted this yesterday but I didnt get good answers)

A google for 1073741819 turned up a variety of different scenarios, but the 1st 3 links were 2 years old, so I'm confused as to why this would be a virus issue, unless you aren't running updated anti-virus protection

Maybe your best step would be to go to Microsoft.com & enter 1073741819 in their search box for help

If you have a specific malware problem, go here for infection solutions from various vendors:

http://www.snapfiles.com/Freeware/security/fwavspecial.html

In addition to specific malware termination, you must do these steps:

Pop-ups can be stopped with available blockers, but 3rd party cookies are entirely different critters. When PC's (personal confusers) misbehave, like pop-up's, going to unrequested sites, goofy warnings, etc.; one step to help reduce annoying pop-ups & un-requested websites from being displayed on your machine is to

TURN OFF 3rd PARTY COOKIES.

INTERNET EXPLORER: Tools> Internet Options> Privacy> Advanced: here check 'Override automatic....'; 'Allow session cookies'; 'Allow 1st party cookies'; & 'Block 3rd Party Cookies'.

FIREFOX: Tools> Options> Privacy: here UN-CHECK 'Accept 3rd Party cookies'

(OPERA, et al: not sure, check under 'options' for this).

Then, you'll have to ERADICATE MALWARE with Spybot, Ad Aware, and all available trusted cleaners & Anti-virus software, and suggested

TOOLS FOR SPECIFIC INFECTIONS listed from other posts in this forum.

Note: some current 'rouge' malware will undo this change, so you might have to redo this step after malware has been eliminated.

Have nearly ad-free pages when surfing; use Firefox with these add-ons:

NoScript: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/722

Flashblock: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/433

Add block plus: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1865

Tell your friends to do these steps BEFORE they get infected. Some of the current malware originates as a pop-up, but when you click the 'X' or 'cancel'

(thinking to close the window) it does the opposite & installs the malware.

this sounds like sasser/blaster virus.

Click start>run & type "shutdown -a" (without ")

(you have 60 seconds to do this)

then download & run

free mcafee avert stinger

http://www.softpedia.com/get/Antivirus/McAfee-AVERT-Stinger.shtml

This should do the trick if not then i would say you have WinLogon Trojan Virus.

good luck.
