I know! I have that same problem right now. But I think i know a way to fix it. Restart your computer and press f8 repeatedly and it will redirect you to a page. suing you arrows keys go to safe mode with networking. then press enter. and then enter again. Then it takes you to a welcome screen (only if you have other accounts on the computer). Click on your account. Now if you use Firefox go on the browser and type in malware anti-bytes on Google. click on the first website. then download the free version. then it will allow you to download it. After you download it open the program and do a full scan. You may want to go do something else for an hour or two because it takes a long time for full scan. When its done scanning click on show results and you may see what viruses you have on your computer. Click on remove all, then restart. I hope this helped you out! Thumbs up plz!

To stop AV Security suite processes, press ctrl+shift+esc and stop all processes with garbage names that are launched from your user account.

Then you can either download malwarebytes/spyware doctor or search on disk for these files and delete them.
