Go into safe mode with networking, run free version of this~
Edit : a reboot only is a restart, you need to check for malware.

iexplore.exe is located at "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer"
Run Windows Optimum to know where these 2 iexplore.exe are located, if one of it's not located at "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer" then stop it and delete it.
To do so
- Launch Windows Optimum
- Click on the Process button
- Look where are they located
To stop and delete a process:
- Check it
- Click on the button : "stop process and delete file"
You can download Windows Optimum at http://www.net-studio.org/eng/windows-optimum.html

Reboot. when a process crashes completely, even windows somewhat loses control of it and the only fix is a reboot.
