The convenient and easy way is to use the Windows Password Reset that can do all the job for you within a few minutes automatically! It's worth a try! http://www.resetwindowspassword.com/

Offline NT Password and Registry Editor. Burn it onto a CD and use the CD to boot the machine.

It is best to reset the Administrator password, making it blank. Then you can boot into safe mode as the administrator and change the passwords you need. Trying to alter a password rather than clear it is not always successful.

Beware! You can render a system inoperable this way, but with a little care you should be okay. I've done this a number of times without causing any damage.

I don't know the answer to this, but your doing something completely unnecessary.

Changing your password every week to prevent virus's.

There is absolutely no need for this. A hacker doesn't need a password to put a virus on your computer :)

I could put a virus on your PC. No need for password changing every week. Just choose one strong password.

Strong password should consist of: Lower + Upper case letters + numbers

u forgot ur password?, well good luck with that because its almost impossible to crack a password. What you can do is activate the administrators account(which is locked now) on your OS i believe you got. when u unlock the administrators account, you'll be able to logon without a password and you have access to deleting and changing passwords on different accounts.

Here is a simple hint: if you somehow gain access to the CMD

type this: net user administrator /active:yes

restart computer, after you log in and are finished with everything. lock the administrators account

net user administrator /active:no

And your password has nothing to do with you getting viruses.

and how, praytell is changing the password that often supposed to keep you from getting viruses? you get viruses by visiting questionable websites. because trust me, if someone is trying to put a virus on your computer, odds are a password will not stop them
