How to make an email list, but not disclose the recipients?

I have Yahoo and I would like to make a list that does not disclose the recipients to all of the other email addresses within the list to protect their privacy. Thank you!

BCC stands for Blind Carbon Copy, put everyone there and they won't show up.

Use bcc:

It's called blind carbon copy. In your address line there should be a place for addresses, cc: and bcc:. What this will do is send the same email to all those listed, but the only email listed for the reciever is yours and theirs. Using cc: does the same thing, only sends the emails of the other recipients as well.

I don't think i's possible to make an address list in Yahoo mail such that it does not show the members of the list to the recipents. However, what you can do is start a Yahoo group (http://groups.yahoo.com/) of your own and you will have a group email address.You can then add the email addresses to the group and when you send out an email to the group email, it goes to all the members but all they see in the "TO" field is the group email address and not individual email addresses. Google also offers the same service for free at http://groups.google.com. Another way of doing this is by creating a mailing list and adding email addresses to the list.
