http://www.misec.net Download and install TrojanHunter5 Free 30 day trial - Run a full scan , Quarantine any bad guys it finds . This will even get the memory resident trojans with out a reboot . However if your OS is WinXp - You will most likely need to turn off the system restore feature to delete infected restore points that a trojan might have been backed up into . I would get Spybot Search & Destroy next , update it and hit the immunise button . Run a scan and you should be able to recover from your infection soon .

Get a free anti-virus program and scan again . If you have to hold f-8 key at boot-up to enter safe mode and scan from there . When you get " clean " try out spyware blaster to prevent reinfection - Use Restricted Zones To Stop Spyware

Hope this helps you get your system back :)
