Deadly Virus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!PLZ HELP?

My internet was going very slow. I then ran scans through Ad-aware, AVG, SPYBOT S&D and Malware Bytes'ANti Malware. In total all 4 decters came up in a total of 100 infected objects.I healed all the spyware and many of the trojans. As i read through the trojans i found the they were diffrent Variants of PSW.OnlineGames and PSW.Generic. I have most of them deleted. However i keep getting messages from AVG Resident Sheild stating that i have 1 PSW.OnlineGame Trojan and one PSW.GenericTrojan.So please give me virus free tools to fix theese viruses
