It says it is personal antivirus and I keep getting warning messages. I have trendmicro internet security that says it is clean. I cannot get rid of theses messages and I am not sure what else to do.

You are infected with spyware if:

* You see too much pop-up advertisements.

* Your browser has toolbars that you haven't installed.

* Your homepage has changed (and you can't change it back).

* Other settings have changed without your permission.

* Your computer is slow.

To get rid of spyware and keep your computer clean you can use an antispyware or even more.

You can download a antispyware software. There are 10 good anti-spywares.

here is the reviews: http://top5antispywarereviews.com/

You can download one and scan your system.

All are safe and can be trusted.

press the Windows/ Start Key on your keyboard (windows logo)

got the the 'Run' command bar and type 'msconfig' without the quotes

go to the 'Services' tab and look for that name -and disable it.

NOTE: The Following access your Volatile O.S. Environment and any minor key stroke on the wrong location is not 'undo' able which can cause your system to Crash/ and or become non-responsive.. access this section with caution and if you are not comfortable I recommend having a qualified person do this if the AV fails to correct issue...

On the Windows/Start Run command bar type in 'regedit' without the quote

press [F] key while holding down the [Ctrl] to open up the search module and type in the name or part of the name for that program and either delete them or change their value to "0" or ""

continue doing the search until you're complete.

Note that keeping the keys in but with changed/ dropped values can deter some program from re-writing themselves/ re-installing themselves... but if you build up allot of such dead ends/ broken links this could cause your system to lose processing speed/ power -I recommend changing until you are certain that what you have changed is correct and did not affect the way your O.S. or other legitimate programs runs in which case I'd recommend removing said files (after you have deleted them from your hard drive and cache system by doing a Disk Cleanup ('Right Click' on Local Drive C: Icon)

I recommend updating your TrendMicro PCCillin and then make a complete scan through your entire system by settings its scan properties to full or what ever mode they have available for 'thorough scan'.

Hope that helped =)

You have "famous" rogue installed into your PC system. For the detection of all the files infected by Personal Antivirus I would recommend you a reputable anti-spyware for example Spyware Dotor. Please compare it to other anti-spywarse to make sure yourself it is worth installing:
