friend, i use office laptop(dell) but i dont have admin rights to my account,how to get admin rights ??

and it should not create problems for existig programs, like outlook, explores etc, etc,
its good if i can create one more user account with admin rights!!

By office laptop, you mean your company gave you a computer to use, but they restricted the rights?



If that is the case, then you wouldn't want to do anything. Ask your IT department if you want something installed, etc. There are ways, but getting fired from your job is worth it.

If you do not have admin rights you can not go and give yourself them, or create a new account with them. Only someone with admin rights can create new accounts. You can try booting in safemode and see if you can log in and create a new user account, but I doubt that will work. A lot of companies will lock the users out to prevent them from installing programs that can harm their network(and multiple other reasons). And depending on your IT policy, trying to hack the computer can be cause for termination. If you need something, contact your IT department, if the request is reasonable, they can probably help.

in the log on screen, press Ctrl Alt Del combination twice to bring out the classic screen log on. Enter ADMINISTRATOR on the username and leave password blank..



This should work if your computer is newly bought or your system is newly installed..



When it worked, then you now have an administrator account, Go to User Accounts under Control Panel then change the properties of other accounts. You can make there

limited accounts to administrator accounts

Is this your computer or company pc ? Try safemode F8 at immediate power button push. Keep tapping. Should bring you to Administrator Acct, or start in safemode WITH networking. start/control panel/user accts. Either create new acct with admin privileges or enable your acct to have admin.
