Trojan Virus Can't Get Rid of?

A couple weeks ago my computer started saying that I was unprotected and wanted me to buy anti spyware software. I knew right away I was infected. I did a system restore and when the computer was restored I cleared all system restore points. Now the computer is running a lot better but I still have the viruses on my computer. Also sometimes for no reason when I'm on the internet a new tab will open and it will be for some random site. The other thing it does is when the computer goes idle after 10 minutes none of my icons open and I have to push the power button in on the tower to restart it. I have AVG and here are the viruses in the vault:

1.Trojan Generic17.BOZT
Location:System Volume Information Folder

2. Virus Exploit.PDF
Location: Documents and Settings/Local Settings/Temp

3. Same as 2

4. Trojan Generic18.T
Location: Documents and Settings/Local Settings/Temp

5.Trojan Cyptic.ZE
Location: System Volume Information Folder

6. Trojan Generic18.T
Location: System Volume Information Folder

7. Win32/Patched.DX
Location: Windows/system32/drivers

8. Win32/Patched.DX
Location: System Volume Information Folder

If anyone knows how to access the folders these viruses are in so I can get rid of them please let me know. I've tried to access the System Volume Information Folder but it says I cannot access it. I tried booting with safe mode but the stupid screen that said make hidden folders viewable was too big for my screen and I couldn't hit apply. I also need to know if when I find these files if they can be deleted or not. Any help is greatly appreciated and if anyone needs any more details just ask. Thanks

If those files are inside AVGs vault then they have been dealt with by AVG, the problem is AVG is a poor anti-virus and its probably some viruses that its missed that is causing the problem.

Do a quick scan with Malwarebytes its very effective and free, afterwards do a scan with Hitman Pro it scans with five different anti-virus engines at once and takes only 10mins, simply activate the 30 day free trial then once you PC has been cleaned remove it.

Please email me and let me know if it worked, thanks :)
