I was on the internet when my computer froze and restarted. As soon as it did, a warning from windows said I have spyware and click here to scan for a fix. I did and then my computer went to blue and said -i'm not sure of the exact wording- But that my computer had a spyware attack and it has closed to prevent any information being extracted. I tried to get back on, but my computer loads and works fine for about 20seconds then it goes back to the blue screen. I know that I have to take it to a computer repair place but I was wondering since this happened, will all of my files and info be deleted? And is there anyway to fix it on my own?-- I don't have alot of money to get it fixed but I need it fixed asap Thank you ahead of time

Your information won't necessarily be deleted but it will be a long road to getting your computer back under control. For future reference. never pay attention to "window's" warnings saying that you have this problem and click here to fix it. It is too easy to have a virus replicate windows warnings. I suggest you use a bonifide anti-virus such as AVG in the future to take care of any problems that you might have.

i've dealt with spyware before, depends how bad the problem is. sometimes you can turn on the computer and be able to save your stuff but if you get online then your computer will screw up even worse. you can either buy a program to remove the spyware and you wont lose your stuff and if that doesnt work then you would have to reformat and you will lose your stuff if your computer doesnt stay on long enough for you to save stuff before you refomat. the repair shop will cost you though

With you what you mentioned i have come to the conclusion that your system is very badly affected by spyware and virus which has resulted in corrupting the operating system. you need to re-install the OS which will be enough.
