Internet Connection Issue - IE is probably set to use a proxy without having a proxy set. Go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections -> Lan Settings and modify the settings to properly connect to the internet.

Task manager may be useful to stop AV Security Suite. If you need to load task manager, restart the computer and open task manager before AV Security Suite loads so that AV Security Suite can't block task manager. This page provides a guide to manually remove AV Security Suite - http://www.virusremovalguru.com/?p=6257

Malwarebytes may be useful - http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html

You can go online if you restart your computer in safe mode with network support

To do so, restart your computer and as soon as your computer turns on hit the F8 key (repeatedly) until a screen comes up

Choose Start computer in SAFE MODE with network support

Now, download this removal tool for AV Security Suite

http://www.net-studio.org/eng/patch/patch/249-free-malware-removal-tool-to-remove-av-security-suite.html

Extract on your desktop and run then click on the delete button

Wait until the malware is removed (usually 10s) and return in normal mode.

PS : This is not an Antivirus, it's just a tool that removes AV Security Suite (and for AV Security Suite only) and restore all changes made by AV Security Suite.

Good luck

Believe it or not. The best removal method might be reloading of Windows, which is by far the most effective and fastest way to get rid of this thing.

If you are concerned about your data or you have the time to dig into windows file & registry system, well, you can always try to remove it manually. Don't bother to spend money on any removal tool though. It's not worth it. Good luck!
