How to let standard users in Windows 7 run a program/software as Admin without typing the admin password?

Question

I have this program that is running smoothly when using my Admin Windows 7 account. But when I am using a standard user account, it always require the admin password to run it.

So, I want to know how to give full rights to the other users in Windows 7 in running this program. I want to let them run this in a standard user account in Windows 7 without choosing Run as Administrator and typing my password. Help!

never ever give administrative right to other users, unless you want face real problem if something happens and tyour system become infected.

Windows 7 designed the way that without Admin password is not possible to access to the core of the system.

create different account, and give them right to install a program.
