I was wondering if someone is forwarding me scam/junk emails, or if they always are like this. I would see an email with different names on them, but they are all forwarded to me like this FW: blah blah blah
Do they just write it as FW: or is someone actually forwarding them to me? The names as the sender are all different, but they mostly all have that FW: in the subject line.

As long as you don't know who it's from, consider it all spam or junk. One of the easiest ways to pass a virus on is to bury it in an email that is forwarded endlessly. One of those that you open will contain a virus and poof - your computer is infected. So, the rule is: If you don't know who it's from, don't open it and consider it spam, junk, crap, etc.

set up an email filter with FW;FW:FORWARD

as the item to filter in subject line

set to send to trash or just delete if you have that option

create an email signature that goes like this:

ALL forwards received by this account are automatically trashed/deleted

it could be either way, just delete them all.
