Trend Micro PC-cillen Why can I not update my 2005 subscription? Goes to a website and hangs forever.?

My 2005 subscription expired in March of this year. The program reminds you to renew your subscription via a small window with a link. The link goes nowhere!! I even went on to their site, found the link to renew my existing install, asked for my serial number, I entered it, and again the page never loads, just sits there with the progress bar crawling, and never gets to the point. Help! Agravating!! Running XP.

there is a bad trojan that is disguised as an mp3 file doing the rounds, most people are getting it from p2p sites, to remove it you must first delete any anti virus progs you already have, download, update and run all of these: AVG 8 free edition, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, adaware 2008, spybot search and destroy - you need to either buy it, or get a serial from someone. turn off system restore, then run them all in normal mode, then again in safemode, restart in normal and turn on system restore.

I just updated mine yesterday with no problem, but then again I live in Mexico so maybe we are using different websites, you could try to do it where I did mine(it is in Spanish though) or you could just try again later, maybe the website is down. Does yours have the automatic update feature? If it does you can just enter all of your information and it will connect automatically and update for you.
