I was just on my laptop then suddenly this scanner thingy pops up and says that my cp has been infected. Im like how is that possible because my computer is installed with all the best software for viruses and malware. i tried to click on the malware and trojan remover software i had but the fake security alert wouldn't let me. so i went to go to safe mode and take the fake windows security alert out from there. So i restart my computer pres f8 to get to safe mode and all that. When i choose enter on safe mode, my computer gets this big blue screen and I think it means that my computer is damaged and infected. the blue screen said to restart and i did but it just keeps coming up. My laptop is ruined and infected with that trojan malware ****. Can anybody help me or tell me a way to get my laptop out of this annoying aggravating mess!!??

The thing is now to get it to boot up,, can not do anything with a blue screen. Can you get into the boot menu and have it boot from cd ? Should be F2 or F10. If you could and you had malwarebytes antimalware on a cd, you could have it run the mbam program from the cd and possibly fix the malware issue. You would have to use the working computer and put the mbam program on a cd, then get the blue screen computer to boot from cd.

Hi.If its possible to boot your computer up normally or try booting in safe mode again .Try downloading these programs:

malwarebytes Anti malware. This can be downloaded form download.com

I aslo suggest you try downloading eset smart security 4 , or try running trend micro housecall, which is very good online scanner.

If this doesnt work unfortunately, you may have to do a complete reinstall.I am almost certain this will correct your problem.

Computer errors:

Infect spyware

Registry problem

You are infected with spyware if:

* You see too much pop-up advertisements.

* Your browser has toolbars that you haven't installed.

* Your homepage has changed (and you can't change it back).

* Other settings have changed without your permission.

* Your computer is slow.

To get rid of spyware and keep your computer clean you can use an antispyware or even more.

You can download a antispyware software.

Try download this iso file and burning it to a CD: http://www.softpedia.com/get/Antivirus/Kaspersky-Rescue-Disk.shtml

This should then scan your computer for viruses and attempt to remove them.

Doesn't work?

Try booting up a back-track or ubuntu live cd and see if you can find the location of the file (use google for this). Attempt to delete it (use rm at the console).
