You do not need to restore.
restoring computer does not help you clean registry. It only recover files in C drive
So the best solution is to use A REGISTRY CLEANER.

Clear your cache and blank out your cookies, darling. Most of the time, disorders like this are as a result of a obstacle with the know-how IE stored for the ones money owed (for quicker searching) on that laptop, that's stopping you from gaining access to the money owed. Ditch the stored know-how and also you must be good enough. I paintings remotely, and I am pressured to make use of IE for paintings (I cannot entry webmail or get to the folders I want in Sharepoint every other approach). I cannot stand it, due to the fact it is as sluggish as a pig and runs like crap, so whilst I'll preserve my enterprise webmail and Sharepoint entry on it, I run Chrome even as for the opposite stuff I have open - feedly, Y!A, Gmail, and Gchat with my cherished. I've been identified to have stuff open in Firefox even as, too. If the money owed you are watching to entry are individual on a piece laptop, you would desire to provide that a take a look at - a minimum of you can most effective undergo part the time. (((Tofudebeast))) Considering I wrote documentation for safeguard program for years, I'm embarrassed to mention that I in no way notion of it, however darling Jack is right - IE is relatively susceptible to hackers and malware, so that's constantly a likelihood. I do not consider that is what is going on right here, despite the fact that, considering the fact that the money owed are available from different browsers or desktops, however it is constantly anything to remember with IE, so that you must ensure that you've got obtained riskless safeguard program hooked up, and that you just preserve your virus signatures up-to-date. First of download Malwarebytes, Spybot Search & Destroy and Avast Pro Free AntiVirus.
Update them all and scan each one one by one. This will tell you if this "email" put anything on your computer. If not, then your protected from now on. Just update regularly.
Now, I dont know what email service you use that making your computer run slow, but I suggest you ditch it and get a new email and be careful who you give your email to and which emails you open. Its not likely, but you can still get viruses and stuff through your email.
